Pristine Greens Projects are promoted by professionals led by Mr. Suresh Wadhwa.

Mr. Wadhwa is a Management & Marketing Professional who took early retirement from the position of Vice President-Corporate Marketing with a large group of industries. He has over 35 years of experience, out of which 17 years in top Management positions in Corporate Sector.

Our core competence-managing the business professionally,following ethical practices,focusing on quality and commitment and accentuating the nature’s abundant splendor of our vicinity.

Within a short span of time, we have built our reputation as builders with modest yet robust profile, ‘out of the box’ business models-specializing in Country Homes in a gated community. Our emphasis is on quality, commitment backed up by after sales warranty support. We are careful about choosing the buyers who fit into our neighborhood’s social profile

Our company has so far focused on buying and creating a land bank-to be developed in phases. We have two running projects. We have 3 active projects presently-pristine greens-iii,pristine greens-riverside and pristine greens-riverside

  • Villa-3 - Owned by a retired Group Captain who is a commercial pilot and his wife is an educationist.
  • Villa-4 - Owned by a Doctor couple who are working as Associate Professors in a medical college.
  • Villa-5 - Owned by a C.A. from Kanpur, rented to the Vantage Hall School(it is a girls' residential school) nearby and the school's vice principal resides here with her husband who is a retired Wing Commander.

Pristine Greens- Phase-III-This is located behind Phase-II.A compact project behind Phase-II. This location also commands similar panoramic 360 degree view. The pictures of this project are posted in the Photo Gallery-Phase-III on our website.

In this Phase just 5 dwelling units, of varying size have been carved out on a plot measuring 3000 sq. yards- and the status is as under-

  1. 1300 sq. yards has been purchased by a retired Lt General and his family on the western side. Construction is in full swing.Likely to shift by middle of 2019.
  2. A serving Major has purchased 300 square yards in the Eastern side in this Phase III.
  3. 400 sq. yards has been purchased by recently retired Group Captain.
  4. 400 sq. yards is owned by a very fine family of Gurgaon.

Now only one plot measuring 425 sq. yards is remaining in the Phase-III-The price of this plot is Rs 10,000/square yard.


Pristine Greens Riverside - Just started this project in the same vicinity around PRISTINE GREENS –I, II and III.It has 28 plots.These plots are available at Rs 9,000/- per sq yard.

Incidentally we live at just walking distance from our projects ever since I quit the Corporate Sector, and relocated to Dunga, Dehradun in 2007.It would not be an exaggeration if I say that we fell in love with this place when we first visited here and decided to settle here and embarked upon our projects.

We are particular about our prospective neighbours so as to maintain the homogeneous profile of residents in this peaceful serene neighbourhood where we have been fortunate to carve out a slice of paradise for a blissful living where active yet peaceful living is a dream come true.

Nestled in a valley surrounded by Sal trees in Reserve Forest, our projects offer a panoramic view of mountain range crowned by 'BHADRAJ' peak in North. Well connected yet far from the madding crowd, one has to come here once and soak in the environs to appreciate this ambiance. Altitude over here is 2800 feet.
